HSCC- Hidden Springs Cycling Club

Hidden Springs Cycling Club
Hi Neighbors, interest has been expressed in formation of an official cycling club among HS neighbors, looks like there are a lot of us that ride. A great way to get out and ride with friends and get to know neighbors who cycle. This club would host rides frequently to suit cyclists of all abilities. Participation in local races/rides as a team would be a lot of fun. Both road and mountain biking would play a part . If we get enough interest custom club jersey would be available to show your team spirit. If you are interested in participating send an email to brad@ctcweb.net and we'll go from here.

Review....50's night @ The Merc

Some of us were out of town for 50's night at The Merc. Just wondering how it was. Any comments? Thanks to Mike F and Cliff C for helping make it happen. The Movie crew was down a couple of members. Looking forward to pulling off another movie night soon. We need to get the neighborhood together in these times of grey skies and bone chilling cold.

If you dont have time to comment, answer the quick poll.

January Movie Night @ the Merc

After a very successful MN in December, there's been some discussions about doing another one sometime soon. [the Merc] has suggested that the night be themed around the movie Grease, 50's style diner. I dont know what this all includes like, alteration of the dinner menu or milkshakes (banana splits?) or whatever else.. Also, another idea/thought would be an early summer Surfing Movie, similar to that of the Decembers Ski Movie.

Let me know what you guys think, as to how we address either into a kickass night

December Movie Night @ the Merc

Earlier this month, a movie by Teton Gravity called Soul Purpose was shown at the local Mercantile giving new reason for neighbors to come together after nearly a month of inactivity. The neighborhood grows quite as winter begins and the Harvest festival ends. The group, Hidden Springs Party Crew (HSPC) gives positive, enjoyable family oriented events to the community while not being tied directly to any community funding. Built out of necessity to solve the issue of boredom and sedentary living, the fun ad-hoc group always comes jam packed with great ideas and creative execution.
